The death has occurred of Isabella Scanlon,the late wife of John Scanlon former Dublin Branch Life Member and FAI lead observer.

The Dublin Branch Committee on behalf of all their members would like to pass on their sincerest condolences to the Scanlon family at this sad time.

SCANLON, Isabella (Bella) passed away peacefully, on the 2nd of January 2024, surrounded by her loving family, in the excellent care of all the staff at Marymount Care Centre. Predeceased by her beloved husband John (Sean), son Terrence and brother Terrence. Sadly missed and remembered by all her loving family, son Alan, daughter Martina, son-in-law Donal, grandchildren Mark, Eric, Shauna and Aoife, great-grandchildren Ella, Mia and Niall, nieces and nephews Cathy, Joy and Terry relatives neighbours and friends.

May she Rest in Peace

Bella will be reposing in the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Thursday, January 4th, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Walkinstown, arriving for 10am Mass, followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery.
